AGREEMENT BETWEEN VALBAY AND CUSTOMERS
The following agreement is entered by and between VALBAY (the Seller) and the customer (the customer) when a order is placed at www.freeskiing.nu.
Registration
When first ordering from VALBAY, customers shall register and state name, adress, email adress and other registration information, as well as approve that VALBAY and associated companies use this information by entering them into its customer database and other administrative systems. VALBAY will use the information also for marketing purposes.
By shopping from this site, customer approves that the information provided is used in this way.
Prices
Prices includes shipping to addresses in the EU, Norway and Switzerland. For other destinations shipping costs are added at checkout.
Any customs or import taxes to countries outside the EU are paid for by the Customer.
Payment terms
Payment can be made either via credit card (a service provided by PayPal Europe Ltd) or via invoice. To pay via Invoice, customer must
be verified by VALBAY. To get verified for invoice payment, send an email to admin@freeskiing.nu stating your name, adress and email address and
your request.
If payment is made via credit card, customer shall state card number, validity date and when applicable CVS code. Customers is responsible of making sure sufficient funds are available on the card account until payment has been completed. Should sufficient funds not be available, the seller is entitled to invoice the amount directly to the customer.
If payment is made via invoice, customer shall pay seller within 14 days from date of invoice.
In case of delaid payment, seller reserves the right to charge interest according to applicable Swedish law.
Orderring
Orders can only be submitted via www.freeskiing.nu, unless otherwise have been agreed separately prior to the order.
All messages between seller and buyer are assumed to be handled via email. Customer is responsible for checking its email regularly after orderring from freeskiing.nu.
